Ordering is easy online via our secure website; We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit cards and Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo debit cards. We use PayPal and Google Checkout as our payment partners as we believe that they offer the most secure payment systems currently available.
Customers may pay for orders using Google Checkout, PayPal or debit / credit cards. For your security all card payments are processed using PayPal which offers state of the art encryption and protection for you.

With over 4,000 items always available it is impossible to have a single postage charge and so we have clearly listed the delivery charges for each item on the product information page.
All orders submitted before 4pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day, orders processed outside of these times are processed on the next working day. Products are then usually despatched the next working day, however please bear with us during busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day. Whilst we quote a standard delivery time of up to 7 days we would expect the majority of items to arrive within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. However if you require your item more quickly please let us know via the extra comments field in the checkout section of the website and we will contact you to discuss alternatives delivery methods where available.
We deliver throughout mainland UK and the delivery prices displayed relate to these destinations. Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
Supershoppa gift vouchers make a great gift and they can be purchased via the ‘Voucher’ section of our website.
If you have been given a Supershoppa gift voucher (or if you have received a promotional voucher), you will be able to put the voucher amount towards your order at Supershoppa. Simply shop as usual, and enter your voucher code on the checkout page where indicated.
Should you find any of our products to be faulty you must contact us within 2 working days of delivery to arrange for your purchase to be returned. To speed up the returns service many of our products need to be sent back to the relevant supplier so it is essential that you contact us to get the correct address for your item. To do so either email us at returns@supershoppa.com or call on 0844 884 8750 (lines open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).
Online fraud is a huge problem for the whole of our industry and so we monitor every transaction and every user on our site to ensure that both you the customer and our company are protected from fraudulent transactions. If we believe that any person using our website is intent in defrauding either our company or one of our customers we will cancel the order and pass on our findings to the relevant authorities.
Your safety is guaranteed because Supershoppa uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by:

In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card for a purchase at Supershoppa most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, Supershoppa will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided you can demonstrate that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own.
